Job summary

The Center at Park Grande in Tyler, TX is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. You will work closely with Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans, assist patients in achieving mobility and functional goals, document treatments, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

This role offers flexible scheduling, with PRN hours and competitive pay. Candidates must hold a Current PTA license and CPR/BLS certification; prior experience is valued.
