Job summary

Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital Springfield is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a full-time days position in Springfield, MO. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, with supervision by a PT and a focus on high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include administering interventions, aiding mobility, monitoring progress, and maintaining documentation in a fast-paced rehab setting. CPR-certified candidates with PTA licensure are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from PTA program.
• Rehab or acute care experience preferred.
• Current PTA license in state of practice.
• CPR certification required.

Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital Springfield is 60-bed Rehabilitation Hospital. Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital provides inpatient rehabilitation services for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries and other conditions. Our Unit is a very fast-paced yet fun environment with endless opportunities to learn and grow!

How You'll Contribute:
