United Methodist Communities' Pitman Manor in Pitman, NJ seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide therapy under licensed PT supervision, helping residents rebuild strength and daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy treatments and interventions under the direction of a licensed physical therapist.
• Help residents rebuild strength, balance, and the skills they need for daily living.
• Monitor resident progress during sessions and report changes to the physical therapist.
• Work alongside physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff as part of one care team.
• Document treatments and resident responses accurately and on time, following state and facility guidelines.
