Westview Care Center is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to design and implement therapy programs that help patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options with competitive pay and full benefits.

New grads are welcome! We are a fully in-house therapy team committed to supporting growth with mentorship and resources to succeed.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa Physical Therapist license or eligibility to sit for boards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to design individualized therapy plans and monitor progress.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized physical therapy programs to restore function and mobility.
• Collaborate with residents and staff to develop personalized care plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.

Your Impact:

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Design and implement customized physical therapy programs to help restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain.
• Work closely with residents and staff to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to meet changing needs.
• Ensure residents feel comfortable and supported throughout their therapy journey.

What We’re Looking For:

• State of Iowa Physical Therapist License - or eligible to sit for boards
• Experience preferred - but we’re willing to invest in new grads!
