Job summary

Frontline Personnel seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in a Long-Term Care rehab setting. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered interventions and support independence and safety for elderly residents.

We welcome both experienced PTAs and new grads. Compensation ranges from $40 to $45 per hour, with daily pay options and a strong benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• A current PTA license by the state is required.
• Experience preferred, however we are accepting new grads.

Responsibilities

• Carry out patient-related activities and therapeutic interventions.
• Provide services to maximize independence and maintain health for individuals limited by physical injury or illness, cognitive impairment, psychosocial dysfunction, mental illness, developmental or learning disability, or adverse environmental conditions.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Frontline Personnel, under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will perform a variety of tasks in a Long-Term Care rehab, Skilled Nursing Facility for elderly patients including:

• Carry out patient-related activities and therapeutic interventions.

• Provide services to help maximize independence and maintain health for individuals limited by:

  • Physical injury or illness

  • Cognitive impairment

  • Psychosocial dysfunction

  • Mental illness

  • Developmental or learning disability

  • Adverse environmental conditions
