Job summary

Frontline Personnel is actively seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our care team in Yonkers, NY. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in a long-term care rehab and skilled nursing setting, delivering patient care and support services.

This role offers per-diem availability, a variety of shifts, true job flexibility, and daily pay. Prior experience is preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply for this meaningful position.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license by the State is required.
• Experience preferred, though new grads are accepted.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Qualifications:

• A Current Physical Therapist Assistant(PTA)license by the State is REQUIRED.
• Experience is preferred, however we are accepting new grads.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Frontline Personnel, under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will perform a variety of tasks in a Long-Term Care rehab, Skilled Nursing Facility for elderly patients including:

• Carry out patient-related activities and therapeutic interventions.
• Provide services to help maximize independence and maintain health for individuals limited by:
  • Physical injury or illness
  • Cognitive impairment
  • Psychosocial dysfunction
  • Mental illness
  • Developmental or learning disability
  • Adverse environmental conditions
