Frontline Personnel is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in a long-term care setting. You will perform PTA duties under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, providing patient care focused on improving function and independence.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Frontline Personnel, under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will perform a variety of tasks in a Long-Term Care rehab, Skilled Nursing Facility for elderly patients including:

• Carry out patient-related activities and therapeutic interventions.

• Provide services to help maximize independence and maintain health for individuals limited by:

  • Physical injury or illness

  • Cognitive impairment

  • Psychosocial dysfunction

  • Mental illness

  • Developmental or learning disability

  • Adverse environmental conditions
