Job summary

Red Bank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. Under the direction of a Physical Therapist, the PTA will provide quality therapy services to help residents improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.

The role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with a pay range of $30-$43 per hour. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, on-site mentorship, and a supportive facility

Qualifications

• New Jersey PTA license is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for providing exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
• Document resident progress and communicate changes to the therapy team.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care.
