Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
• Document patient progress and communicate with the therapy team.
• Ensure safety and effectiveness of therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with nursing and rehab staff to support resident goals.
