Apploi's Red Bank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Red Bank, NJ, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. You will perform evaluations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, deliver therapy per physician orders, and monitor progress in a patient-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver physical therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on therapy goals and techniques.
