Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well. You serve as the person who can bring their power back. You implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.

You are a healer and a helper, addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. Your goal is to execute a program that restores, reinforces, and enhances their physical abilities.

You adapt to the needs of each patient and find joy in the variety of the work and settings. You collaborate with peers and refer to other providers as necessary to help patients thrive.

You put patients first, ensuring patients and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Posted Salary Range

USD $40.00 - $45.00 /hr.
