Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a Per-Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team in Moodus, CT. You will provide compassionate PTA services and collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff to support resident independence.

The role requires a current PTA license (or eligibility to practice in CT) and proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and electronic documentation. Flexible hours and a strong team focus are expected.

Qualifications

• Must possess current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in CT.
• Strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Ability to work well in a team and be flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate PTA services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
