Preftherapy in Putnam, CT is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team. The PTA will provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a collaborative setting, and will be licensed or license-eligible in Connecticut.

The role requires strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience with electronic documentation. You will work with nursing staff and other rehab therapists, maintain timely documentation, and adapt to
