Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to support in-facility therapy for residents. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments with compassionate care.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.

Responsibilities

  • Implement physical therapy programs and activities per recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
  • Follow developed recovery plans and monitor patient progress.
  • Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities and independence.
  • Collaborate with rehab peers and refer patients to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain patient-centered, compassionate care in all settings.
  • Report to the Director of Rehab and work as part of the in-facility rehab team.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program
Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.
Posted Salary Range

USD $38.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.
