Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. The PTA will assist the PT to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote wellness for geriatric residents.

Candidates must hold a PTA license in the state, be able to evaluate and treat independently, and demonstrate commitment to patient-centered care. We offer competitive pay, insurance, fringe benefits, and employee perks.

Formación

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the practice state.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Support residents' mobility, functional activity, and overall wellness in a skilled nursing setting.
• Document patient progress and respond to resident needs under supervision constraints.

Physical Therapy Assistant Full-Time

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Job Description:

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• SNF experience preferred but not required

Full-Time and PRN positions available.
