Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing seeks a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in a full-time role within a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will be passionate about geriatric care, able to evaluate and treat residents with minimal supervision, and committed to promoting mobility and wellness.

Responsibilities include assisting the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent disability, with full-time and PRN options

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the practice state.
• Passion for geriatric care and ability to work independently within a team.
• Experience in SNF preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT with therapies to improve mobility and relieve pain.
• Support residents' functional activities to enhance wellness.
• Provide care in a skilled nursing facility with supervision as required.

Physical Therapy Assistant Full-Time

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Job Description:

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• SNF experience preferred but not required
