Kindred Hospital Philadelphia - Havertown and Acute Rehabilitation Unit is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) for full-time, on-site work in Havertown, PA. You will support the licensed Physical Therapist by delivering therapeutic interventions and helping patients regain mobility.

The role requires an Associate's degree from a PTA program, PA licensure, and CPR certification. Rehab or acute care experience is preferred to join a patient-focused team dedicated to excellent

Kindred Hospital Philadelphia - Havertown and Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) is 66-bed hospital offering the same in depth care you would receive in a traditional hospital, but for an extended recovery period. With 57 long-term acute care(LTAC) hospital beds, we partner with your physician and offer 24-hour clinical care seven days a week so you can start your journey to wellness. Similarly, our nine-bed ARU is designed for people who have experienced the debilitating effects of acute injury, impairment or illness. We are in within a medical district close to Darby Creek and West Chester Pike expressway.

How you'll contribute

The Physical Therapist Assistant provides physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, assisting in restoring function and improving mobility in Havertown, PA.

Essential Functions

• Administer physical therapy interventions as directed by the supervising PT.

• License: Current PTA license in state of PA.
• Certifications: CPR certification required.
