Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our compassionate therapy team at Autumn Care of Saluda in Saluda, NC. You will help residents regain function and work toward therapy goals in a skilled nursing setting.

Requirements include an Associate’s Degree in PTA and an active, unencumbered license in the state. Opportunities include full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing CEUs.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s Degree in a Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant within the state in which you work.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Return residents to optimal physical function and facilitate achievement of patient and therapy goals in a SNF setting.
• Instruct patients in maintenance of function after discharge through education, independent exercise, and activity modification.
