Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a Per-Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team in Hamden, CT. The role focuses on providing comprehensive therapy services and collaborating with nursing staff to achieve resident independence.

The ideal candidate will hold a CT PTA license (or be license eligible), demonstrate strong documentation skills in Outlook/Word/Excel, and adapt to flexible hours in a team-based setting.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license or license eligible in CT.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team environment.
• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in CT.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.

A Per-Diem Physical Therapy Assistant , (PTA), position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Hamden, CT.

Responsibilities And Qualifications

The qualified candidate will:

• Be flexible with hours.

Good Faith Rate Range:

$35/hr - $40/hr
