Position Summary:

The primary goal of this role is to help patients regain optimal physical function and achieve their therapy goals. Adhere to all health, sanitation, and infection control policies, maintaining standards set by management and policies.

Education & Responsibilities:

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited college
• Valid license from the state of employment
• Supervised treatment of residents under a licensed Physical Therapist
• Maintain accurate records for all residents
• Keep the therapy team informed of patient progress and changes
• Modify treatment plans only under the direction of a licensed PT

Experience:

• Prior experience in long-term care preferred but not required
