Job summary

North Auburn Care is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to assess patient strengths, develop team-based plans, and support residents in regaining mobility. This on-site role focuses on compassionate, coordinated care under physician orders.

Washington PTA credentials in good standing are required, with SNF experience preferred to join a warm, home-like facility. The PTA will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes and help residents return to their highest level
