Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Florida. The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) PRN position delivers skilled therapy in SNF settings within dedicated rehab gyms, aiming to help residents regain function and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license or license-eligible.
• SNF or post-acute care experience preferred.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
