Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure by the state of practice

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in regaining function and independence through prescribed PT plans.
• Implement physical therapy programs and activities as directed by the supervising PT.
• Deliver therapy treatments and follow recovery plans to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with rehab team and refer to other providers as needed for patient care.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.

You're equally adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. You know your goal is the design of a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities and independence.

You're adaptable to the needs of the patient and can find joy in the variety of the work and the settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.

USD $34.00 - USD $38.00 /Hr.
