Job summary

Powerback Rehab is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) at Casa Real Nursing Center in Santa Fe, NM. You will implement physical therapy programs and help patients regain mobility under the Director of Rehab.

This role offers a $10,000 bonus eligibility, paid out over 24 months, and a competitive hourly wage of $35.00–$45.00. Applicants must be graduates of an accredited PTA program and licensed or eligible for licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to restore patient independence.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to patients and families.
• Assist in coordinating referrals and patient care planning.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.
