The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) provides rehabilitative services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in a long-term care facility. The PTA helps residents improve mobility, strength, coordination, and quality of life through individualized therapy plans while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
