Corewell Health is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapy Assistant at Pennock Hospital in Hastings, MI. The role provides rehabilitation therapies under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist and includes patient and caregiver education.

The position requires an accredited PTA program degree, MI PTA license on hire, and BLS certification with a 90-day window. A valid Michigan driver’s license is also required upon hire.

• MI PTA license required upon hire.
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC) within 90 days.

• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
• LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required
