Innovate Rehab & Wellness in Greenville, MO, seeks a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN) to support skilled nursing services. You will work under the direction of a licensed PT to help patients improve mobility and independence in daily activities.

The role emphasizes one-on-one therapy, flexible PRN scheduling, and a collaborative team culture. Prior rehab experience is beneficial; new grads welcome and CPR is preferred. Competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Formación

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Valid state PTA license.
• Rehab/clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• CPR certification preferred.

Position Summary

As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will:

• Work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Help patients improve mobility, regain strength, and increase function
• Support and deliver individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on, patient-centered care

Key Responsibilities

• Implement patient‑specific treatment plans created by the PT
• Lead patients through exercises, mobility training, and rehab activities
• Educate patients on safe techniques and assistive devices
• Monitor and document patient progress; report changes to the PT
• Maintain accurate, compliant therapy records
• Collaborate with the care team for coordinated treatment
• Uphold ethical, professional standards in all interactions

Qualifications
