Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Florida seeks a licensed physical therapist or PT assistant to assist in patient treatment in home settings, following a plan of care set by a supervising Physical Therapist.

You will instruct patients on exercises, mobility, safety, and prosthetic training, observe patient progress, and coordinate with the healthcare team. Weekend availability is preferred to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification to practice physical therapy.
• Valid driver’s license or access to transportation.
• Availability for weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient treatment and follow a plan of care set by a supervising Physical Therapist.
• Instruct patients and families on exercises, mobility, safety, and prosthetic training.
• Observe, record, and report patient progress and condition changes.
• Adapt to diverse home environments and patient needs.
