Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral and document findings.
• Develop treatment plans and obtain approvals from referring physicians.
• Treat patients per physician treatment plan and document progress.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in patient care and activities.
• Record evaluations and progress notes per state regulations.
