Description:

Records progress notes daily after treatment, ensures patient charges are accurate, and completes statistical data. Provides assistance to Physical Therapists in evaluations and re-evaluations, assists in treatment planning, goal setting, and discharge planning. Performs delegated treatments, utilizing techniques including exercise, physical agents, hydrotherapy, and wound care. Demonstrates the necessary skills and knowledge to ensure that assessment, treatment, and care are appropriate for the age of the patients served.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant School
• Registered Physical Therapy Assistant in the State of Florida
