Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities in Rockwall, Texas.

We offer an excellent total compensation package including competitive pay of $34-$40 per hour, plus benefits such as 401k, PTO, Medical, Dental, and Vision. Free CEUs with CEU360, licensure reimbursement after 1 year, and mentorship/training programs are provided to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant credential required.
• Experience level open to therapists at all levels.
• Commitment to evidence-based rehabilitation interventions.

Responsabilités

• Deliver skilled therapy to patients under supervision of a PT.
• Assess progress and adjust treatments with supervising PT.
• Provide patient, family, and caregiver counseling related to physical disorders.
• Contribute to discharge planning and documentation.
