Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative and medically necessary treatment under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Assesses and documents patient progress; communicates adjustments to the supervising PT.
• Provides counseling to patients and families about physical disorders and rehab plans.
• Assists in discharge planning and summary of services as required.
