Job summary

Ambler Extended Care Center is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to help residents regain function in a skilled nursing facility. You will guide patients through therapeutic exercises and personalized plans to promote independence.

This full-time day position offers ongoing CEU access, generous PTO, and a supportive leadership team focused on patient-centered care and staff development.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in PTA from an accredited program.
• Current, unencumbered PTA license in the state you work.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR and related software.

Responsibilities

• Help residents regain physical function in a SNF setting.
• Instruct patients in independent exercise programs.
• Educate on activity modification for discharge and function maintenance.
• Collaborate with the therapy team to meet goals.
