Job summary
Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility therapy team. The primary goal is to help residents regain optimal physical function and achieve therapy goals with education and supervision of discharge plans.
Candidate must have an Associate’s Degree in PTA, a current state license, and comfortable use of EHR and service delivery software. Full-time, days shifts available with a competitive wage and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Must have an Associate’s Degree in a Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited college or university.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state you work.
- Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.
Responsibilities
- Return resident to optimal physical function in SNF and facilitate achievement of therapy goals.
- Instruct resident in maintaining function after discharge through education and independent exercise.
