Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation, part of Genesis HealthCare, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver in-facility physical therapy services and restore patients’ abilities. You will implement PT/OT plans, follow recovery pathways, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you’ll address the whole patient, promote compassionate care, and contribute to a patient-centered environment that emphasizes growth and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Address the whole patient and see them as an individual.
• Collaborate with peers and refer to help patients thrive.
