• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Georgia PT license.
• Two years SNF rehab experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise PTAs and collaborate with Rehabilitation Services.

Responsabilités

• Provide treatments in a skilled nursing facility setting using evidence-based practice.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants as defined by Georgia PT board rules.
• Collaborate with Rehabilitation Director and other disciplines for effective clinical care.
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and payor requirements.
