Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver quality PT services under the supervision of a licensed PT in a facility within Texas. You will collaborate with the clinical team to ensure patient-centered care and adherence to standards.

You will support treatment plans, maintain licensure, and contribute to program development while following regulatory guidelines and professional ethics.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid PTA state license.

Responsibilities

• Support patients in improving functional abilities under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Develop and sustain a robust physical therapy program.
• Advance clinical and leadership skills through collaboration, self‑directed learning, and continuing education.
• Maintain a current and valid state license and stay informed on developments in physical therapy and healthcare.
• Understand and apply appropriate billing practices and treatment delivery models, ensuring care meets clinical and regulatory standards.
• Follow infection control and environmental safety protocols within the facility.
• Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective communication and documentation.
