Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver high-quality therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will implement treatment plans, supervise Rehab Technicians as applicable, and manage patient cases in alignment with Reliant’s standards.

Maintain a professional demeanor, adhere to state and federal regulations, and participate in ongoing clinical development and education to support patient outcomes and program excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant state license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Physical Therapy and related services to patients under a licensed PT.
• Assist with treatment plans and patient case management.
• Supervise Rehab Technicians as applicable and document care.
• Maintain compliance with state/federal regulations governing practice.
• Apply infection control and safety protocols in the facility.
• Communicate effectively in English and maintain client relationships.

Education
