Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Wisconsin is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our growing team. Working under the guidance of a Physical Therapist, you will assist in treating patients according to individualized plans of care.

You will help implement treatment programs, monitor patient progress, document responses, communicate with the PT, Director of Rehab, and facility staff, and operate standard PT equipment to support excellent functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in treating patients by following individualized plans of care developed by Physical Therapists.
• Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs with guidance from a Physical Therapist.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
