Qualifications

• Associate degree in physical therapy or PTA program completed.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in PT facilities or rehab settings preferred.
• Current CPR certificate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a patient treatment schedule aligned with facility needs.
• Communicate with the PT and team about patient progress and changes.
• Aid in patient care and safety during treatment.
• Prepare equipment for PT treatments as requested.
• Assist PT in procedures; monitor patient and equipment for comfort and safety.
• Keep the facility clean and orderly; perform housekeeping as needed.
• Attend required facility meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
