Kenansville Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our long-term care team in Kenansville, NC. We offer excellent pay for the right candidate and new benefits to support staff growth and wellbeing.

The PTA will provide comprehensive therapy under PT supervision, assist in patient selection and referrals, and document progress while maintaining confidentiality and quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a BA or Associates degree in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA.
• Holds current license and/or registration in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a PT.
• Assist PT in identifying appropriate patients and referring them to rehab.
• Document patient participation and progress with progress notes and PT co-signature.
