Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents under the direct supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct screenings of residents to determine need for intervention/treatment.
• Assist in evaluating and developing target treatment plans with the Physical Therapist.
• Monitor residents' response to intervention and adjust plans as directed.
