Our program specializes in helping injured workers recover safely and efficiently through individualized treatment plans, work conditioning, functional restoration, and a collaborative interdisciplinary approach. Our goal is to support patients in achieving their highest level of function and returning to work and productive lifestyles.
The ideal candidate will provide physical therapy services to patients participating in the Worker Rehabilitation Program under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. This role involves assisting with therapeutic interventions, work conditioning activities, functional capacity development, and collaborating closely with physicians, case managers, employers, and other rehabilitation team members to facilitate successful return-to-work outcomes.
