Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System seeks a full-time Therapy Aide to join the outpatient Rehabilitation Services team in Nampa, Idaho. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., supporting an interdisciplinary team to help patients return to productive lives.

The ideal candidate will assist with therapy services under the guidance of occupational/physical therapy staff and help with tasks that support patient care. A strong commitment to patient-centered care is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Therapy Aide or two years of health-occupations related college coursework or CNA certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire from recognized bodies.
• CNA certification is preferred per the job posting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing therapy services to patients under the direction of an occupational and/or physical therapy team.
• Support department tasks that enable delivery of patient care.

Position Summary & Highlights:

We are seeking a full-time Therapy Aide to join our outpatient Rehabilitation Services team in Nampa, Idaho. This position is expected to work a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Our team specializes in providing a comprehensive treatment plan that includes specialized programming and an interdisciplinary team approach to help patients return to productive lifestyles.

What you will do:

Our ideal candidate will assists providing therapy services to patients for our outpatient therapy center under the direction of an occupational and/or physical therapy care team as well as assists with department tasks that support the delivery of patient care.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Two years previous experience as a Therapy Aide -OR -Two years of college (any health occupation related courses) -OR- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification issued by the State of Idaho is preferred.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire.
