Job summary

Palm Springs Healthcare Center in Palm Springs, CA is seeking a PTA to work under a licensed Physical Therapist to help implement treatment plans for residents. You will provide direct patient care, teach exercises to residents and caregivers, document progress, and complete forms in line with policies.

This role requires an associate degree from an APTA-accredited program and active licensure as a PTA, in compliance with federal and state guidelines.

SUMMARY

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) works under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to assist with a patient’s treatment program in accordance with federal guidelines and state practice acts.
