Apploi is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. The role supports patient treatment programs in accordance with federal guidelines and state practice acts, at our Fremont, California facility.

You will document progress, teach exercises to residents and caregivers, and assist with orthotic and prosthetic devices as needed. The position emphasizes accurate forms completion and compliance with company policy and applicable

• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Licensed as Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Must meet state licensing requirements.

SUMMARY

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) works under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to assist with a patient’s treatment program in accordance with federal guidelines and state practice acts.

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS
