Qualifications

• Associates degree required from an accredited PTA program.
• Active MA PTA license required.

Responsibilities

• Implements rehabilitative programs under PT supervision to improve or restore physical function.
• Provides patient/family education during therapy and discharge planning.
• Maintains accurate medical records and daily treatment notes per department policies.
• Meets productivity standards and delegates tasks to support staff when appropriate.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives and data collection.
• Attends internal and external education programs and shares knowledge with coworkers.
