Greenway Health and Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Therapy Team. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to help residents participate in activities of daily living and to achieve treatment goals.

The role is full-time with flexibility, offering opportunities to contribute to patient growth, develop treatment plans, and participate in CMS-compliant documentation within our EMR system.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of practice.
• Commitment to ongoing continuing education and professional development.

Aufgaben

• Provide physical therapy services under direct supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct screenings of residents to determine intervention needs.
• Assist in evaluating residents and developing treatment plans with the Physical Therapist.
• Deliver individualized and group treatments focusing on strength, mobility, balance, and ROM.
• Assist in selecting therapy techniques/media and adapt as needed.
