Job summary

Link Rehab and Wellness in Beacon, NY is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to support patient care under supervision. You will administer treatment programs, document per CMS guidelines, and communicate with supervising therapists to optimize outcomes.

Candidates must have PTA program completion and state licensure; vaccination may be required in some facilities. This is a full-time role with a competitive hourly wage and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program or university.
• Valid professional state license and registration.
• COVID vaccination may be required in some facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with treatment programs and interventions as indicated by evaluation and plan of care determined by supervising Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist.
• Complete documentation timely and in accordance with CMS guidelines.
• Communicate with supervising therapist as required by state practice act and as needed to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Retrieve scripts/doctor’s orders as requested by DOR.
