Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program
• Current PTA license where required
• Ability to follow a physical therapist's plan of care and document patient responses

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
